Historical Archives
A document collection of unparalleled richness and interest for its content and breadth, the Historical Archives preserve unique items of the history of cinema: thousands of unpublished paper documents - scripts, letters, contracts, notes – that bear witness to the life and work of Italian and foreign cinema companies, directors, screenwriter, actors and technicians, both from the silent and sound eras. A heritage of over a hundred archives and collections, consisting of dossiers, documents and loose papers of different origin and nature.
