The National Museum of Cinema has recently acquired an important collection of silent film posters: 95 posters from Italian, American, British, German, French and Danish films which offer a fascinating insight into European and American film production on the eve of the First World War. The museum has also acquired three important signed letters by Fritz Lang and Carl Boese, masters of German expressionism.
