FEMININE SINGULAR. Sandrine Bonnaire Retrospective
The National Cinema Museum renders tribute to Sandrine Bonnaire with a complete retrospective by curators Fabrizio Colamartino and Marco Dalla Gassa titled Feminine singular. Sandrine Bonnaire Retrospective. This showcase is a project by Sottodiciotto FilmFestival, created in collaboration with the National Cinema Museum. Some of the films were presented during the Sottodiciotto Filmfestival, but this tribute to the French actress continues within the Screen Three programme at the Cinema Massimo, from Sunday 18 to Wednesday 21 December 2012 included. Admission 5.50/4.00/3.00 euro.
The retrospective will be inaugurated Sunday 16 December 2012 at 4 p.m., on Screen Three at the Cinema Massimo, with the film screening of the first part of Joan the Maid: The Battles (Jeanne la Pucelle - Les batailles) by Jacques Rivette, with a print from the Bologna Film Archives Foundation. The second part of the film will be screened at 6 p.m.

For the occasion of issue 90 of the Mondo Niovo 18/24 ft-s six-monthly magazine by AMNC, the National Cinema Museum will host the Turin premiere screening of Vacuum, the debut feature film by young director Giorgio Cugno, attending the theatre to converse with Caterina Taricano, Matteo Pollone, Marco Mastino and Steve Della Casa, Monday 17 December, at 8.45 p.m., on Screen Three at the Cinema Massimo. Admission: 3 euro.
