The Museum will maintain regular opening hours throughout the summer. Tuesdays during August the Museum will be open 9.00 am to 8.00 pm. Wednesday 15 August (Assumption of Mary) the Museum and the Panoramic Lift will be open from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm.
In addition to the permanent collections, visitors can experience the SoundFrames. Cinema and music on show, an innovative project conceived by Donata Pesenti Campagnoni and curated by Grazia Paganelli, Stefano Boni, and Maurizio Pisani, that explores the cross-polination between cinema and music in an interactive installation.
#HEADSETS – The exhibition consists of continuous projections along the ramp, each with an audio presentation that can be heard only via headsets.
Guided, animated, and by-dark tours of the Museum, the history of cinema and the exhibition can be booked in advance through the museum website www.museocinema.it.
