AUTEUR SHORTS presents Carte blanche to Giannalberto Bendazzi: a selection of animated short films and a presentation of his book Animation: A World History.

The AUTEUR SHORTS rendez-vous in April will present an international selection of animated short films, selected and commented by Giannalberto Bendazzi, to present his Animation: A World History, a monumental work investigating and exploring animation cinema. The evening - organised by the Piedmont Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia, Asifa Italia and National Short Film Centre – will be an opportunity for a conversation with a leading authority on this subject for artists, fans and those curious about animation, while recalling together Gianni Rondolino’s important impulse towards knowledge about this film genre.
