SPECIAL EVENT - Screening of Hitchcock/Truffaut, the documentary by Kent Jones co-scripted by Serge Toubiana.

For the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the first publication of François Truffaut’s interview-book Il cinema secondo Hitchcock (Cinema according to Hitchcock) and concurrently with the inauguration of its 2016/2017 Academic Year, Turin University Dams and the National Cinema Museum are dedicating a studies day and a round-table with guests - in collaboration with A.I.A.C.E. Turin – to the importance this volume had for generations of film scholars. The day will be rounded off, at 8.30 p.m. at the Massimo, by the screening of Hitchcock/Truffaut, the documentary by Kent Jones co- scripted by Serge Toubiana, the former director of the Cinémathèque française. The documentary will be introduced by Alberto Barbera and Serge Toubiana. Admission 6.00/4.00/3.00 euro.
