A screening of Luigi Comencini’s film Tutti a casa during the L’UOMO CON LA VALIGIA (THE MAN WITH THE SUITCASE) Festival

The second event in our L’UOMO CON LA VALIGIA (THE MAN WITH THE SUITCASE) Festival features a screening of Luigi Comencini’s Tutti a casa (Everybody Go Home). The film portrays Italy as it tries to wake up from a nightmare, as well as the tale of a war that suddenly becomes irrational and intolerable. Introduction by Riccardo Fassone.

The film is part of our L’UOMO CON LA VALIGIA: Cinema and travel festival, organised by the Bibliomediateca under the supervision of Silvio Alovisio (University of Turin) and organised by the Sperduti nel buio university film society. The festival coincides with the L’uomo con la valigia: Piccola storia del bagaglio exhibition organised by the Fondazione Torino Musei – Borgo e Rocca Medievale (Turin Museum Foundation – Medieval hamlet and fortress) from the 14 February to the 10 May 2010.
