For DIALOGHI IN CORSO (TALKS IN PROGRESS), a debate on the theme of Mystery and the paranormal in cinema. To follow, film screening of The Illusionist by Neil Burger.

New rendez-vous for DIALOGHI IN CORSO (TALKS IN PROGRESS. Presentations of new books, dvd-s and readings) in the Library/Mediatheque events room, with a debate on cinema’s ways of dealing with mystery and paranormal themes, Friday 20 April 2012, at 8.30 p.m.

The event – organised in collaboration with CICAP (Italian Committee for the Investigation of Claims on the Paranormal) – features Marta Annunziata (Head of CICAP Group Turin) and Massimo Polidoro (writer, journalist, CICAP National Secretary). Introduced by: Marco Grifo (National Cinema Museum). To follow, film screening of the The Illusionist by Neil Burger.

The National Cinema Museum takes part in the initiatives for IN VIAGGIO CON GIOVANNI (TRAVELLING WITH GIOVANNI. Cultural journeys for educating towards legality) with the screening of the film Io ricordo (I remember) by Ruggero Gabbai, on Monday 23 April 2012 at 3.30 p.m., in the Library/Mediatheque. To follow, a debate in the premises, introduced and moderated by Mariella Lazzarin.
