MOVING TFF: Jules and Jim by François Truffaut
For the occasion of MOVING TFF, the National Cinema Museum presents the film screening of Jules and Jim by François Truffaut as its inaugural rendez-vous for this showcase, conceived as a tribute to the great retrospectives and precious discoveries made by a festival now turning thirty, in the Library/Mediatheque, Monday 5 November, at 3.30 p.m. Introduced by: Roberta Pozza.

Studying Marilyn: round table on the studies dedicated to Marilyn Monroe, followed by the film screening of Something’s got to give by George Cukor
For the occasion of the retrospective TODAY’S MYTHS. MARILYN’S IMAGE (Cinema Massimo, from 13 to 21 November), the National Cinema Museum will host the round table dedicated to the unforgettable diva, an eternal icon of beauty and glamour, in the Events Room at the Library/Mediatheque, Wednesday 7 November 2012, at 8.30 p.m. The debate will be followed by the film screening of Something’s got to give by George Cukor, Marilyn’s last film, left unfinished due to the actress’s premature demise in 1962.
